I’ve had a lot of work done here over the past 2 1/2 years and it’s a great practice. Pamela is really nice and does great work. All of the other associates are extremely friendly and gentle.
On top of the great treatment from the medical staff, Gina, the billing coordinator and receptionist is very helpful. I’ve had some complications with insurance agencies losing information or not responding to the practice and Aden Dental is super understanding.
It’s hard to find a proper dentist most of the time and Dr. Young at Aden Dental is top notch.
Dr Young and Robyn are the best – period. This review is long overdue. I have been going here for around 3 years now. Everyone is super friendly, super nice and they really take good care of you. Also, Dr Young will not do anything that is not needed unlike a bunch of dentists around Redmond and Bellevue – been to a bunch of them and got burnt before. I like them so much that I actually got my dental appointment with Aden Dental even after I moved to the bay area (I sneaked in this appointment during my trip to visit my friends).
You know what really sucks?
Being the duchess of your dentist’s office.
But after nearly ten years without a proper [read: non-emergency] dental appointment, I ended up at Aden. Hooray for finally having dental insurance!
The staff here is fantastic — from the receptionist all the way to Dr. Young, everyone is genuinely concerned for the well-being of you [and your teeth]. If you’re dreading a visit to the dentist, Aden pretty much is the best place to go — they have top of the line *everything* and can get all your x-rays done pretty much instantly. They’re all about your comfort — there are large tv monitors mounted on the ceiling and they have a variety of blu-rays for you to choose from as you get your mouth worked on.
Let’s just say with all the stuff that needed fixing after ten years, I got very comfortable with this place.
All the hygienists who have worked with me have been great, and Dr. Young has a particularly light hand — and as was mentioned in another review, a gentle voice — she explains everything she’s doing so there are no surprises and minimal discomfort.
I don’t think many people are a big fan of going to the dentist, which is why it’s all the more important to like the dentist you go to. If your insurance covers a visit to Aden Dental, I super recommend it… I mean, you only have one set of teeth, after all.
I have been going to Aden Dental for about 2 years now, the staff is friendly, Dr Young is very friendly and is very good about not announcing to the world about your dental needs. (my previous dentist did that)
The Receptionist is very friendly and they are very flexible if you need to adjust your appointment for a different day.
I would recommend them to someone looking for a dentist.
